Baptisms are performed at St Mary’s, Ballina and St John the Baptist, Lennox Head.

WEDDINGS

Weddings are performed at St Mary’s, Ballina and St John the Baptist. Lennox Head. Inquiries can be made personally through the Parish Office at St Mary’s  or by phoning 02 6686 2094.

Fees

Use of Church:- There will be no charge for use of the church buildings for wedding services.

Prepare Course (if used)- Paid by couple

Celebrant fee:-  $500.

Organist:- $100 paid directly to the organist

Sound Desk- $100 paid directly to the operator.

Flowers: – Provided at own expense and are to remain in the church following the wedding.

If there is a wish to make a donation for use of the church , it is made to the “Anglican Parish of Ballina”.

FUNERALS

Funerals are performed at St Mary’s, Ballina and St John the Baptist. Lennox Head. Inquiries can be made personally through the Parish Office at St Mary’s or by phoning 02 6686 2094.

Fees

There is no charge for clergy and the use of the church buildings for funeral services where the service is taken by one of the parish clergy or Licensed Lay Ministers or a minister delegated by one of the parish clergy.

Funerals taken by other ministers: Use of Facility Fee $300 and cleaning fee $200.

Organist:- $100 paid directly to the organist.

Sound desk: $100 paid directly to the operator.

If there is a wish to make a donation towards upkeep of the church, it is made out to the “Anglican Parish of Ballina”.
